be grateful

be grateful when you’re down to your last pulp, and beaten down. be grateful when things don’t work out. that’s life aligning for you. something that is one of the most powerful things i’ve realized lately, is that. be grateful. gratitude is a renewal of attitude. we don’t know God’s will, and sometimes the thing that he allowed to happen that we may perceive as negative: actually saved our life.

be grateful for the negative. if all you see is negative, don’t complain and constantly pick at the negative. that will only make it worse. thank him that things don’t work out, that you missed important days because you were sick, or that they rejected you. life is too short. you need to move on, and enjoy all that this life has to offer in the present moment. fill up your cup with experiences. and allow life to happen, without pressing pause. be as present as possible.

stop paying attention to what he or she is doing, and pay attention to what you’re doing. stop paying attention to the ones that hurt you, or you hurt: and heal. move on. be grateful. feel free. allow the closure to be the gratitude. wish people well. pray for them. you’re allowed to feel anger, to be angry. but only for a limited time. you need to be present. you need to fill your cup with complete presence, in the present moment: and mindfulness. soak up experiences. even if it’s something small, like going to get a cup of coffee at your favorite coffee shops. do something new. but.

thank God that his plan is way better than yours. thank God that he delayed when he thought that you weren’t ready. thank God when he prepared you. he loves us. he won’t give us what we can’t handle.

thank God for injuries, setbacks, and heartbreak: because it doesn’t make sense now, but it’ll make sense later. sometimes we’re knocked down for a limited time. but we need to get up, and re-establish the great habits we already have in us. we are just exorcizing the pain, the hurt, the suffering: so we can be ourselves that we have always been. God allowed it to strengthen us. he has best for us. he has better for us. we can’t go back to the past, when God has delivered us from the past.

what you’re thinking is the end of the world, is actually the beginning of the world for you. you’re already dope. just be you. and look at all of the beautiful things you attract, out of the love of your heart. place high standards for yourself, but be compassionate towards yourself in the process if you’re still learning how to achieve those standards. don’t be afraid. your “failures” were wins, the whole time.

stay positive, when all you see is negativity. don’t turn against God, or turn cold towards him when he’s allowing things to strengthen you. it’s all for the way that his eyes saw things you didn’t see, or he planned things that you didn’t plan. trust him.
